Great Customer Service

Very fast and professional, contact me within a hour with the problem and had my vehicle repaired within a couple hours.

They were very professional and went over everything that my car needed. They even offered a Lyft for me to go home and wait for the repairs to be done and order another one to bring me back to the shop once done the repair prices are reasonable and everyone was very nice and courteous.

Great experience! Friendly staff mechanics are very knowledgeable they want to test drive the car to figure out the issue. Not just look at it or go with what you say the issues is. I think this is a good policy. The only reason I did not use the service is because I should have went to them first. So now I am debating how much money do I want to keep spending on my car.

Had this work done through Carnac’s extended warranty program. They were professional, clear about what the issues were and very fast. Done the same day.
