5 star service! Thought I would be there all day but the (free) shuttle ride to my house was a lifesaver! Everyone was really nice, and extremely helpful! It was my first time & I will certainly be back in the future!

All of the employees were amazing!!! The tech, Randall, that worked on my car was extremely nice and helpful and the manager, Jason, was very professional and made me feel comfortable letting them work on my car. All in all, a great experience!!

I was in a bind and needed my car fixed asap. The service provided at Service Street was impeccable. When I dropped my car off they drive me to work and picked me up. The service on my car was perfect. They went above and beyond to help me and I couldn't be more thankful. Thank you Jason and Emmanuel!

*Update* Took my car back to the shop the very next morning and they were already waiting on me. They took complete ownership and thoroughly examined the problem. They were able to replace the defective transmission pan and made sure the issue was solved. They even proactively reimburse me for the rental car my wife and I got. These guys earned my respect! The guys were very courteous and polite throughout the whole situation.

I highly recommend purchasing the multiple oil changes package. It is so convenient to have the oil changes already paid for and tracked in their system. I've purchased it twice and have always received great customer service. It's a great team at Service Street Auto Repair in Snellville.

Great prices. Good timing. Exceptional service. They provide Uber transportation free of charge to your waiting place destination and picks you up when your car is ready! Got my rotors and breaks fixed and it cost me less than 350 ! And they got it done in a couple hours. I’m more than happy with their service. Definite recommendation 👍
