I came to them after having my 1st oil change the day before by another service shop! My 7 series was leaking oil badly! The undercarriage was soaked! They found that most of the oil had leaked out because the other shop didn’t put the O ring on when the oil change was done! They were prompt, professional and kind enough to document everything to show the previous shop! They saved me big time because if they hadn’t been open like the other shop, the car would have sat until Monday and would have had to been towed! If I wouldn’t have noticed it and drove the 2 hours I had planned the engine could have been locked up or possibly caught fire! This shop was amazing and I highly recommended them! Thanks to Jack and his mechanics!

I love this place! First off, I called here to inquire about pricing before we even decided to bring our new pup and the lady who answered the phone was great! She was very nice and super helpful. Secondly, when we got our fur baby he was less than 6wks old because the mom stopped feeding them. He ending having worms badly and we called in a panic trying to make an appointment. And to our surprise we didn’t need an appointment for that. They told us to come right in and they helped our fur baby out. He just had his 6wk appointment and is doing great. Everyone from check in, tech, vet, check out were amazing! I highly recommend Hiram Animal Hospital.
