As a frequent customer it is a pleasure and a privilege to get work done at service street. (In Snellville, Ga) They are very professional. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. Their explanations and ASE certifications are very well combined. Their explanations are very explicit and can be understood by just about anyone. They have also been very attentive even through the pandemic. I will continue to go to service street for the smallest as well as the largest mechanical issues I have with my cars. I came in for an emission test and was out in less than 10 minutes. I had called the day before and talked with Brian to see if I needed an appointment. He said it wasn’t necessary and they took care of me right away. This is my only experience with Service Street and It couldn’t have gone better. I’ll keep them in mind for future car repairs as they provided excellent customer service on my first visit.
