Update 3.31.21 ok so they still have great customer service. I booked an appointment online at 8 am for 830 am the same day. No wait when I arrived They called and told me when my car was ready, offered a maintenance service, provided the rate, which I declined and I continued with my day. Thanks guys for your consistency. Still using the 5 oil change special. You buy it in the store Update 12.16.19 Jonathan and Mark were very helpful today. In and out oil change at 11 AM. Thank you for remaining predictably great! Great service. Update: I have been using Service Street for years and Jason is always so professional and ready to help. I have great confidence in this location. Over the past year, I have had to use their free ride service to leave my car and get to work. On another occasion, a different company tightened a bolt too tight and blamed Service Street so they couldn't do the oil change. I called Jason and told him the problem and he said come on in no problem we can do it. The Oil Change Special of 5 oil changes for $100 is a great deal and it can be used in multiple vehicles. (check online for additional great coupon deals). I really do #love this place and know my car is in good hands.
