I live in the DFW area and called at 5pm with a brake light out and a very stubborn light housing that would not budge. I had called several other places and was basically told that I couldnt get any help that day or the next. I was driving out the next morning very early and was concerned about driving 800+ miles with an issue. Chris said to come right in. 2 different gentlemen both named Chris assisted me along with Isaiah. All 3 were so friendly, so helpful, and really put mind at ease for my travels the next day. Thank you all so much!!!! Also, no charge for helping me...what??!! (I did bring in my own bulb.) Service Street really knows how to give fantastic service. Wish I had a Service Street near my home

Fantastic customer service. Chris has astonishing customer relationship abilities and could be deserving of a raise if he is like this with more customers. This is what will keep people coming even if they don’t have the best experience with the work performed. Keep up the good work.
