Visited Service Street for the first time yesterday. Had an oil change and emission inspection. Was taken care of promptly and on our way in 30 minutes.

Took our Suburban to Service Street this past weekend & was so impressed with the service we received. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. They explained the cost and even gave me options to save me money and yet still keep the car running safely. Rare to see a car shop that will go out of their way to save you money & still keep your car running safely.

This was another outstanding service provided by Service Street!!!

You guys were did absolutely great.

I pulled in because the sign said $13 Emission and I needed one. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My car passed inspection and they showed me other things that needed attention (worn belts and power steering leak). This was above and beyond anything I'd received from other more expensive drive-thru-a-tent emission tests. Good job!

Ever since i've been going to Service Street, Josh has been there. He has been reassurring and most of all HONEST! He, as well as everyone i have met at Service Street, have been amazingly reliable in keeping my '04 on the road. It's great to have mechanics you can truly trust. I appreciate everyone at. This was my first visit here and I was greatly impressed. First the price was right and the personnel were SO nice. Gentleman immediately took my back and was finished in just a few minutes!! Thanks for great service and friendliness!

It was ok, in past not as busy, but they had donuts, the garabage in small waiting room was packed and almost over flowing, drab room, old magazines.VERY busy day...... staff nice, explained services and options, friendlyI thought would take 20-30 mins took about 1 hour for oil change they offred but did not need to rotate tires, next time I might call, this is 4 -5 time there, busiest ever, so hard compare apples-apples
