Even though Service Street were behind in servicing cars due to a power outage, they did my oil change in great time. I'm truly immpressed

I recently went to this location for my emissions. Bob welcomed me to the location which was nice. I went there a long time ago under a different name. They took my car in and then Bob pointed out some corrosion on my battery. Initially, I thought here goes some pitch to generate revenue. That was my initial thought as many places point out unnecessary repairs. Not so in this case. I appreciate the cursory inspection that they complete. I will be looking for some coupons Bob. Thanks again!

I went in for an oil change and Bob the manager said it would take close to two hours because there were several cars in front of mine. I asked about the injection cleaning service and Bob convinced me that it would solve the engine hesitation problem I had noticed lately. While they were working on the car the power went out in pretty much all of Snellville but they were able to continue working on the car. Despite the power outage they were able to finish the car in less time than he originally estimated and they fixed the engine hesitation problem too. I HIGHLY recommend Service Street.

Despite having to deal with a less than cooperative extended warranty company, Service Street helped make the entire procedure more tolerable. Their work and time to completion was excellent and I am very pleased both with the quality of work and the competitive pricing.
