WONDERFUL

I visited Service Street for the first time in Snellville yesterday to have a bulb replaced in my headlights. I was told that my bumper may need to be removed and that was why that price was quoted. The bumper was not removed (a had to ask) yet I still was charged the same price. The gentleman stated that the labor (1 hour) was still needed to replace the bulb. He was pleasant and courteous, but I got the feeling that the price was inflated, and I felt ripped off. I cannot be sure the cost after google stated varies prices depending on the type of bulb and car. I am a huge believer in my gut; therefore, I do not think I will patronize Snellville Service Street location again unless I find out I was charged a fair price for the work done.

This is definitely gonna become my go to. They were always informative and understanding… great service!!

I needed my vehicle dignose and service street did it in a manner of hrs , dealerships around the country are backed up for weeks. I've been going through these comments and people seem to think this is a fast food place , this is the only shop I bring my vehicle that can have my vehicle ready the same day. Great job to Jack smith and his team for the excellent customer service and fast delivery . I wouldn't take my vehicle elsewhere. I am an engineer and have the knowledge to understand how hard these repairs can be . These negative comments of free service and not on time is a lack of education and ignorance . O2 sensor replacement* the service was to notch from start to finish. I was greeted warmly & professionally and given exact information on the repair process. They even provided a Lyft home and back to pick up my car when it was finished. I will definitely come back for any repairs.

I called when my car started acting crazy and the manager Jack told me to come on in. They took care of me without a appointment. The service and staff are excellent

I went to 3 places before coming here. All said they couldn’t do the work that needed to be done. I did a search and went with this company. The customer service was amazing and they were fast and effective. Every step of the way they communicated. They made me feel like my car was in good hands. I will go to them in the future! THANK YOU
