I just moved to the area a few weeks ago, and these men were so welcoming and accommodating when I expressed what I could and could not do. They even got my car repaired and back to me soon. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a used vehicle towed to Service Street with a reported broken steering column. Rather than take the opportunity to bill for work that wasn't needed, the guys there diagnosed the problem as being the way the electronic steering issue turned after the car had been sitting for months - one that didn't need any repair at all. Fast, responsive and responsible - I'll be taking cars here in the future.

Honest guys, willing to discuss and explain your repair, as well as give clear estimates and quotes before any work is done. They work quick as well, highly recommend them for minor and major work.

I’m so glad my boyfriend introduced me to this place. Even though we moved from the area, I still go to this location. Kevin provides AMAZING customer service via telephone and in person. He honestly makes the experience better by remembering you from previous visits. But most importantly, the service is always efficient.

So I had a coupon and decided to try this place out. Quick. Friendly. Unfortunately we did notice a significant amount of oil drops all over the garage after a few days. Called and went back. They had to redo the oil change but were very quick about it. The manager offered to send someone to my house to clean my garage! I highly recommend these gentlemen and will most certainly go back!

Long story short. 2 misdiagnosis on the car in 1 week that cost me $2,774.88 and never resolved my issues. The clutch pedal still has the vibration and the wheel hub was fixed by someone else. So I originally went in for a noise I was getting from the right passenger wheel. I popped by and they test drove the car complimentary to test the car car out but hey could not hear a or sense the noise coming from the wheel. They said it maybe the road or route I'm driving on. So I paid more attention to where I was driving but the noise continued. Took it in again and this time they told me the noise is being caused because I need a Transmission Flush. I said okay. I took it in and paid $348.45 for a Transmission Flush for a Manual Transmission. Got the car back after the Transmission Flush and the noise was still there! Not only that when i was driving the car back home from their shop I felt the Clutch Pedal different. It felt weaker and a vibration coming the pedal. So I called in about it and they said they would check it out. They found the clutch was fine and had plenty of life in it. So I kept driving and day later the Clutch Pedal got worse. So I took the car back and they said they could just replace the clutch and it would be like new again. So I said if that will fix it, please do. Paid $2,426.43 for the service. Well the vibration off the pedal is still there and the wheel noise never got fixed by them. Just took the car in for the wheel noise again and got it fixed because it was a Wheel Hub Assembly that cost me $464.48. Long story short. 2 misdiagnosis on the car in 1 week that cost me $2,774.88 and never resolved my issues. The clutch pedal still has the vibration.

Probably my 5th time doing business with Service Street, customer service and pricing couldn’t be better. Kevin is always happy to work with you to get your business and really tries to serve the customer. Have already recommended to several friends and family members.
