I called an hour before I came and they told me to come on in. I was in and out, the oil change took maybe 20 mins. The waiting room was nice and didn’t feel like the typical mechanic shop. The restroom was clean and smelled nice, they have a customer out of me.

Emissions Inspected while I waited about 10 minutes inside a well appointed, warm waiting area. Kevin and David are super nice and if I didn’t already have a mechanic I would definitely give them my business.

I just moved to Duluth and needed car service, then I saw one of their ads in my mailbox. Took my car for a visit and loved it. They give you a detailed report of what needs to be done without sounding salesy or like they’re trying to milk you for all your money. Great prices too! Edit: been back several times now and still exceptional service!

I have been having check engine light issues for years on my vehicle. Almost every time the code has been bank one too lean. I have a dealership I trust and other locations I have used but none of them have been able to solve the issue. Until now. Service Street diagnosed the problem quickly and decisively then ordered the part, an auxiliary vacuum pump, and installed it today. They provided Lyft service so I didn't have to wait. Everything was very reasonable, professional and most pleasant. I haven't felt this good in years about having my car serviced. And while I don't like car repairs any more than anyone else does, I have to say I'm looking forward to going to Service Street the next time I need my car serviced. I highly recommend them.
