The manager was extremely nice. We took our car in because it wasn’t running and he looked at it within the hour. He gave us a call when it was finished. When we had to have it towed away he didn’t charge us for services. I would recommend this place to everyone. They are extremely nice, respectful, and loyal.

Kevin is awesome and always fits us in no matter the issue. His team always does a phenomenal job diagnosing, evaluating, Anna maintaining all of the vehicles for me and my extended family.

Good customer service experience.

Brought my niece’s vehicle in for a brake inspection. She had been by another establishment that she needed to have all the pads replaced. The guys at Service Street checked the car in, inspected it, got back to us within an hour, and told us she had 50% brake pad life left all the way around. They didn’t charge us at all! Very honest group! Have had work done there in the past and it was top quality.

Very nice and delivered as promised. Exceeded expectations

My first time using this auto repair shop. Had to r replace leaking radiator. The guy managing the front office (Kevin) was friendly and knowledgeable. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that day. I showed up just before noon. They arranged a Lyft ride for me to get back home at their expense. Very smooth. By 4pm, my Jeep with its new radiator was ready to go. Time will tell if I have any issues but for now I’m an extremely happy customer and will return next time.
