He does exactly what he says, is VERY professional and a firm believer in giving excellent customer service!! They are very thorough when inspecting your car and in fact they found two VERY necessary repairs that Pep Boys (Norcross) overlooked approx. 2, 000 miles ago when I had an oil change, front brakes and rotors performed! I plan to refer you to others! (I used the Norcross location.)

Jace, the general manger @ this location was excellent!! He makes sure that his customers come first and I will definetly have my car serviced there in the future. The mechanics there are very thorough and everyone is very courteous.
