Had a great experience. Received a coupon for a free oil change. They checked my car too, and did not attempt to convince me that I needed something that would cost hundreds of dollars. When I went to to a previous car shop, they told me I would need to replace parts of my car as soon as possible. I did half at the time for about $300. I told the manager (I'm assuming) at Service Street about my pending repairs when I came in today. They went ahead and checked on that and told me it was fine and needed no repairs. So basically, the other place was a scam and I will be coming here exclusively due to Service Street's honesty and service quality. The owner was friendly and did not try to take advantage of my money as a woman. Note: I came in with my dad at the previous scam shop, and they still scammed us. Great experience. Was in and out quickly. 5 Stars.

Ever since I left on Friday after they checked the car and said everything is fine except that I will need new brakes soon but now my check engine has come on and it never was on before Friday. I feel something is not right at all.

Vehicle was worse coming out than when I put it in for service. Took a long time to service and still ended up with a vehicle broken down more than before.
