Had my oiled changed here yesterday. The manager was friendly and offered advise on ways to save money while keeping up with my car’s maintenance. No pressure for additional services, just helpful feedback on items to keep in mind which are coming up on the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. I’m new to the area but have been to a lot of auto repair shops over the years. My experience here was great, and I will be going back again.

I didn’t have to wait long. I even called ahead like it said online. They were really Great about working with me on pricing. They told me about future things that I need to get done which is helpful! And it was an overall very pleasant experience

My experience with them was good. They were honest with me about what all was wrong with my car. They even showed me exactly what was wrong. They were courteous and understanding. I did not have enough money to cover what was wrong with my car, so they set me up with a finance company to pay monthly installments. Being a woman, they did not try to take advantage of me. My car had to stay overnight they took me home and came back the next day and picked me up to get my car. They did an excellent job on my car. I recommend Service Street in Norcross, Ga. on Peachtree Industrial anyone who wants good service.

First time taking my vehicle to Service Street (Norcross), and found the employees to be very professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly, didn't get the impression that the mechanics were trying to upsale me on any additional services nor take advantage of us, like so many other body shops attempt to do. Will definitely be taking our vehicles back.
