I have been to this location twice. Both times the employees have been very helpful, and gone above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. I have also made these two trips during my lunch hour and the services have been completed with in the time frame I provided. I have never had to wait. I will be going back.

Great honest service. work done in a timely manner.

I had a really bad experience here. Had a bad axle replaced and it went out within 10 minutes after picking up the car. They replaced under warranty. It went out again a few months later, leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road. They would replace again, but I had lost faith in their service at this point. It took me over a week to get their regional manager to call me. They refused to refund my money, so I had to pay someone else to fix. They also refused to refund 4 prepaid oil changes that had not been used. I told them my only option left was small claims court. At that point they refused to talk to me anymore -- said I could call their attorney.

This was by far the very best experience we’ve ever had with an auto repair service! Justin and his staff are the best. The repair costs are unbelievably affordable. Bill appeared to be incorrect-too high. Charges were much higher than expected for service provided. I see no reason to return.
