Kevin hooked me up with a replacement alternator for our 08 Rav 4 great service with no hidden agendas .

Interacted with Kevin who is the General Manager. He understood the nature of my problem and my need for a reasonably priced fix. He did not try to "up-sell" me any not-needed services. The service was rapid; they did exactly what I wanted at a price that I considered more than fair. While waiting for my car to be evaluated several customers came into the waiting room including several young women. All were treated with courtesy, and professionalism. One who professed to not know anything about cars was given sound advice by the staff. That kind customer service is hard to find these days. I will be using this shop for future repairs and recommending others to try it as well. Note to Service Street: Hang on to Kevin-- He is is a Gem.

Came late in the evening to get a “A” Service for my Mercedes Benz S430. They did not take long, by the time I poured a cup of coffee they had pulled my car into the bay. Everything we needed was already there.

I’m so excited to FINALLY have found a great auto service shop so close to home! I made an appointment for an oil change and to have the assembly unit replaced. VERY reasonably and competitively priced. My 212k mile SUV is running like a champ now! The waiting area is clean and they also offer a shuttle service if you do not want to wait for your vehicle there. As much as they could have written a laundry list of needed repairs with my high mileage vehicle, they did not. Kevin and Mark were super nice and professional. Definitely will be our “go to” place for auto maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company if you are looking for quality service. I used to get oil changes at this company which took way too long, and they always try to up sell unwanted products. I recently took a brand new tire that had a slow leak with a nail in the tread to be patched. The technician looked at the tire, stated the puncture was too big to patched, and I needed a new tire. I went to another tire shop the same day, and they patched the tire in 15 min. So either the technicians at Street Wise are lazy or incompetent. Either way, being lazy or incompetent when it comes to maintaining a vehicle can put the driver at serious risk when on the road. Do not trust this company with your car.

Great customer service.

My wife has had 3 vehicles with major work payed for..my son and her almost died leaving in the vehicle twice..over 30k in non repairs...2 out of 3 vehicles are broke down and gone...the 3rd isn't even operable... Such a joke for professionals...lawsuit coming.

I have an Audi S4. It was time to change my front brake pads and rotors. I was going to do it myself but the price Service Street quoted me with labor was the same price as just the parts from Audi. I dropped my car off and they arranged a Lyft to drop me off at work. Great service, price, and customer care.

Excellent customer service!!! I called that morning and was told to bring my car by for diagnostic evaluation because I had previously taken my car to another facility and had my brakes replaced. However, my brakes were extremely squeaky when backing up. They were very busy when I arrived but the manager (Matthew) still worked my car in. He called me and advised me of the problem but they were able to repair it and get my car back to me on the same day. So I guess I would also have to say they provided speedy and efficient service. “My brakes don’t squeak anymore!” Awesome experience!

This was my first visit to Service Street and I was VERY impressed. The GM Kevin was honest, understanding, and didn't try to upsell me like most service centers do. We will definitely continue to bring our cars to Service Street! Highly recommended.
