Nick is great! The mechanics are also very nice. They have now helped me with two vehicles. I appreciate them taking time and helping me make good decisions. EX—told me to get tires at different place, where I could get a better deal.

The service managers here have integrity and really care about their customers. They know the mechanics and are able to translate issues in understandable way. It is so much more relaxing here than at a dealership. I would refer Service Street to everyone. And Nick is outstanding as a service manager!

When I asked about finding parts that were cheaper than the parts supplied by the dealership, he was more than willing to help and fully explained the differences in warranty due to this move. The work was done quickly same day and I couldn't have asked for an easier experience!

My oil change was quick and I got a free tire rotation too. Staff is nice and professional. I asked them to look at my brakes and they said the brake pads look almost new. I so appreciate their honesty.
