Nick is always so helpful, informative & professional! I've taken all 3 of my vehicles there. From my Yukon to Mercedes, they are experts! I also like that they have a mechanic that specializes in foreign cars. When I took my car in today to have the battery checked, Nick jumped right on doing the diagnostics on it. Thankfully I did not need to replace my battery. Most places would tell you to replace it just to make money off of you, but Nick & his guys are very trustworthy. He also showed me how to replace the battery in my key fob vs taking it to the dealership. I would highly recommend Nick at Service Street!

I love the shop atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and courteous. Generally, I am usually pleased with the entire process when taking my vehicles here but this time I wasn’t. Went given the quote over the phone, either I misunderstood or the person didn’t explain thoroughly enough because the cost was double what I thought it would be. Perhaps you should offer to email the quote so any misunderstandings are eliminated. I will probably continue to use them but will be more careful in the future.

Nick was fast and super informative! BMW in Decatur wanted me to wait weeks and Nick had me in and out within 24 hrs. I was thoroughly impressed! My BMW has 235,000 miles on it and I’ll be servicing it with Nick from now on!

Every Counter and Mechanic person I encountered and observed gave me the feeling I was dealing with professionals. All were very courteous. I never felt like there was any overselling going on. Besides the work they did, they referred me to a body shop locally to fix a terrible rubbing sound each time the passenger's door was opened. The body shop Tech knew exactly that a hinge bolt was missing and fixed it free in 1 minute! Money wise, for the same oil, filter tire rotation, cabin filter, fluid and safety check, air in tires etc for our 2015 Lexus RX350 was quoted by our Lexus dealer as a $311. service cost, a FULL $200. less than what I paid here! Do you think I might be going back here for service?
