This was my first experience using Service Street auto repair. The staff was very professional and courteous. As soon as I walked in and told the staff my issues with my 2000 Chevy Silverado, the guys told me the steps they would take to find and solve my problem with the coolant system. My truck was ready after a few hours and they even said that the parts and labor had a 5 year warranty. I haven't heard anything like that from other auto shops in a long time. I give these guys a 5 star rating and will use them in the future.

Went in yesterday around noon for oil change, was told it would be about an hour and a half. I chose to come in much earlier today [7:05 a.m.] and it was done in 30 min. Very professional service with a pleasant attitude, and efficiently accomplished. I am definitely returning here for future work when necessary.

Fast, professional, and friendly. Will be using them for many years to come.
