I had my emmisions, an oil change and wiper blade replacement done, while enjoying a hot apple cider and watching TV in there refreshment room. I was in and out of there in no time! Excellent staff and service!

This was the first of 2 attempts to identify the source of a gratting sound made when I would apply the brakes the first time in the day I would drive the car. It would not recur after that inital instance until the car was driven the next day. On first visit, the rear brakes and rotor were found out of tolerance, and they were replaced. This did not fix the problem which recured when I drove the car next day. A second appointment scheduled this past Friday. The ABS brake and Traction Control warning lights & alerts appeared on Thursday when I was taking car back for the second look on Friday. On Friday, found the right forward brake assembly had some movement it should not have. The brake assembly containing a ABS sensor was replaced. The problem did not appear when I drove the car today. The hub assembly looks to have been the problen cause. Carefull examination of the entire brake system found the hub assembly condition. Nice work by technician. Special credit is due him for finding it. I should have insisted on my initial visit to have a more through examination made. The routine service of brakes did not fit the nature of the condition, and I did not pursue it with the service center. Of course, the ABS indicator was lacking at that time too. The service center identified an unusual problem that was not easily found.

A very service oriented place. Did exactly what they said they were going to do. I love the Saturday hours for full time working people. It makes it easy to get the vehicle serviced.Good job!

This was my first time using your company. I received a coupon in the mail and came straight in. I didn't mind the hour wait because there was a very nice waiting room. I felt bad for the only guy working the front because it was very busy. I understand it may have been slow and to send everyone home but that was a lot work for one person.

While the 5 pack specials prove to be an astonishing deal on a package of oil changes, the top notch Service and explanations of any repair work reccomended goes even further for me. Steve was such a big help in identifying and explaining any and all work needed for my vehicle. I definitely reccomend this shop for anyone looking for a go to place, as I have found mine.

I have only been to Service Street one time; but I will keep going back. I have already told my co-workers about how friendly, courteous and fast they were. I purchased the 5 oil changes and tire rotations for the price of 3. Great value.
