Walked in shortly after opening needing an emissions test. Was seen to, vehicle tested, $18, and out in 20 minutes.Can't complain about that!

I had a great experience getting an oil change and some unexpected service work done. It was suggested I replace the battery and service the power steering. I felt like the personnel explained what needed to be done thoroughly and was extremely credible. Another dealership told me the entire power steering system needed reclamping for $450. Service Street said it was only one clip, and did all of the repairs and oil change for $260 (with coupons). Needless to say, they will have my business in the future! Great job!

I took my Suburban in for an oil change, power steering fluid change and transmission fluid change. During the transmission flush they apparently damaged the power steering cable. I discovered the issue after getting the vehicle back to the house and not being able to get it into park. They immediately sent a technician to the house to check it out. They took the vehicle back to the repair center, ordered the park, and delivered the vehicle to the house the next day. Not ideal that they had the issue, but the response to the issue was exemplary.

I've only had one problem, and I won't go into it because all other times have ended up with good work being done. They are always looking for problems with my vehicle, which when you think about it isn't a bad thing. I'm going to keep an eye on them though, they're in the business to make money and sometimes a second opinion helps.

The staffer at Service Street are very attentive. They kept me well informed on the progress of the work and offered financing options. AND it was way cheaper than a dealer.

Service and post service information was great. Came in asked how long of a wait was told could get right in I was in and out in at most 30 min.

Nice and clean place. Very friendly people that don't push you to get work done but will suggest it to me. I had one of the managers(Tom) tell me that he didn't recommend I get certain work done right now because it could wait. What other place would tell you to wait on something; everywhere else would try to get as much as possible out of you. Thank you!

The hesitation with car seems to be repaired and is running smoother and no knocking in the engine anymore. I think the repairs were a little too pricey; however, when I checked with my regular repair shop he said since he was too busy I should get the work done.

Very efficient. They did Emissions on two of my cars very quickly with hardly any waiting. Very easy!
