Everyone from the service desk to the mechanic were very friendly and everyone is well dressed. The facility is very clean with a nice waiting room. Even places to sit outdoors and enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend.

I was happy to see new management when I took my Murano in. My husband had been in a few days before and told me how much better the new staff is. Chris was very nice and did not try to upsell me on anything except a new oil change contract since this was our last one. He only asked me twice and didn't push it. They rotated the tires which was included in the contract. The only negative was that I asked the mechanic if he reset my oil change reminder and he said yes. He did not, so I had to do it when I got home.

I was glad to see that this location was under new management when I went in for an oil change. After a very bad experience last year, I explained to Chris, the new counter manager, what had happened. He was very apologetic and to show good will, he changed my brake fluid and transmission fluid at no extra charge. They had serviced my transmission last year in my Civic, and it has been skipping ever since. He said the better fluid should correct it. They did not rotate my tires which was part of the contract that I had purchased (Chris did not notice the upgrade). Other than that, they did a great job! Chris is a great addition to the staff.

Service provided was very good. Staff courteous.

Had my scheduled service level E performed on my 2006 Mercedes R500; and also, had to have some extra warrantee work done. I was very satisfied with their work and timely service.

This station located in Dallas,Georgia does an awesome job! Very helpful and in the two years I've used them, I have never needed to return for a correction! That is a hard act to follow!!

I came in for an oil change and received prompt, efficient service, as well as useful information about the care needs of my car. With an older model, I no longer visit the dealer and appreciate the information about the various systems in my car and ways to address them.

I had brought my truck in for serviced, met by friendly staff that even offered to drive me and my children home. They kept me informed throughout the work and were very honest about the work needed and performed.Very easy to work with, my mother-in-law did great in referring me to them. I'm definitely a future customer with them. Highly recommend.
