Service was great. I was very pleased.

I had my breaks serviced and did not like the way the felt after a few months and 3,000 mi. I took the car back to Service Street and they fixed the breaks perfectly with absolutely no questions and at no extra charge. Great customer service !!

Anyone who visits an auto repair place for the very first time is going to be skeptical, right? Well, the Service Street guys went over & beyond the call of duty to explain the problem with my car, repaired it correctly AND drove me to pick up my son from school because my vehicle wasn't ready when school ended. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they have EARNED my future business. Keep up the good work, guys!

Took my Mom's car in for routine oil change and was happy with the service. The 5 oil changes for the price of 3 was a great deal - especially since it applies to all vehicles in the family. I usually perform all the routine maintenance on our vehicles so I tire easily of salespeople trying to over sell services but I did not feel that was the case here. Overall very satisfied.

Positives: In and out quickly, decent value.Negatives: There is always the review of fluids and "we recommend additional services" discussions. Good information to know but sometimes I just want an oil change.

Went in on Saturday, Sept 1, 2012 for an emissions test. Great courtesy and nice greeting upon entering. Technician noticed certain tires were low on air, informed me, and took care of the deficiency. Technician also noticed that windshield wipers were wearing out and suggested replacements. I purchased one of the recommended pairs. Appreciate the notice by the technician on the wipers need but the wipers were sort of expensive. The upside to the wipers is that they have a 3 yr warranty for replacement so that is good. Recommend that you do all of your service needs at Service Street. BR

To my surprise, the reason my oil pressure dropped out was only a shortage of oil due to the length of time I had taken between oil changes. And since I had purchased a five pack previously, the oil change and lube was at no additional cost. To my pleasure, the work was done in a few hours and I had my truck back in no time.

They have done a great job on our cars! They go out of their way to help you out!
