I've bought their oil change package for some time now and am very satisified. I hear from a lot of people they don't like the extra sell-ups offered like showing you the color of your brake fluid, or color of coolent, or color of transmission fluid. They are simply educating the consumer to other things in a vehicle that need maintenance on occasion, just say no if you are not interested. But, more importantly, I recently took my 2006 Silverado there after limping it into their shop after my transmission failed. They quickly offered me options such as a rebuild or a replacement from Jasper Engine. I chose the Jasper transmission which had the better warranty 3yr/100k mile. The best on the market. They not only replaced it in a day, they even delivered my truck to my driveway because I was out of town! The team at Service Street are simply the best in town to work with. From Jack to Bobby to Darryl to the Transmission specialist (I forgot his name). They are awesome!

Service Street did a good job with my repairs. Some minor complication with a part at first but they resolved everything to my satisfaction. They were very quick to respond and accept responsibility.

So let me start that I was hesitant returning our car for the 3rd time for the same issue, but the parts had a warranty on them. Well, of course the parts expired from the 1st time I bought them, not the 2nd time (when they were replaced). So I was not happy about that. Especially when the repair they were going to do was the same as a year ago. Now the good part.. They were very thorough and had our car for a little longer than I would have liked, but the shop was very polite in calling us often giving us updates. So far, our car is running as good as it was when we first bought it. I am very surprised!! We have a Audi and they can be tricky (and expensive) to fix and they did a great job. We will be back.

I love coming to Service street for my car's maintenance. Though the shop is a distance from my house, I feel comfortable there. There's no pressure to commit to any work. They take the time to explain and show me any problem with my car. Thank you.

Excellent, excellent service. Went in and got power steering system, heads, plugs, fuel injection serviced. Dropped it off and picked it up the same day. I described the issues I was having with the vehicle (mid 2000 Ford Taurus), and within about 1/2 hour, received a call where they explained the source of the problems and they detailed all that was necessary to provide the fix including the price. Problems indeed are solved. Great folks there, and was satisfied with the price. They offer to pick up the car for you, and also provide a shuttle service. I'll be back for an issue with my son's car soon.

Have used the Dallas Hwy location of Service Street for a couple of years, most recently 1/15/15. The guys are very efficient and polite. There has been no pressure to purchase additional services. I have had no problems with the work they have done, on two different cars. I'm a satisfied customer!

Excellent service! This shop has sent their courier vehicle to my home within minutes of my request on at least two occasions over the years to jump my car when its battery died. This last time, they replaced the dead battery free of charge. I will continue to bring my car here for service as needed even though I have a fully paid maintenance plan from my original car dealership. Keep up the good work!
