I recently took my car in for service -knowing it needed some tender loving care. The staff at Service Street were honest and helped me prioritze the repairs I needed first. I was very impressed with the level of care they took with my car and the fact that they did not throw on extra charges. The mechanic took my car out for a second trip to check and found a new problem; he then put the car back on the rack and fixed the problem. I had a lot of work completed in one day which was awesome since I am a sinlge parent and in need of my vehicle. I have already recommended Service Street to several friends and brought in a homemade cake to thank the staff.

We had wonderful service. We had stopped in with emergency for tire going flat. We had food in car and our dog.They took us home, fixed all of the tires and brought our car to us. Price was great..I would highly recommend this Service Street. They now have another loyal customer.

I came in on a slow day (I suppose). My oil change was done in less than minutes and the guys were more than helpful to offer additional info regarding my vehicle-

I'm a "do it yourselfer" that has a hard time leaving my vehicle to be worked on by others. My experience has shown one thing gets fixed and there are two more when I pick up my car......but since I don't have a wheel balancer in my possession, I must allow others to work on my truck. YES, It makes me nervous just to have my wheels balanced.I must say the staff was great. they were very friendly and courteous. I left my truck to go eat dinner with my family and went back promptly just before 8 pm and they were just finishing my truck. This was my first experience with this location and I can say I will return.

THIS IS THE BEST IN BUSINESS FOR AUTO REPAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THOUGHT WITH ME NEEDING TO USE MY WARRANTY SERVICE AND THAT THEY BEING SORRY THEY WOULD TURN ME DOWN FOR MY SERVICE BUT THEY WERE UNDERSTANDING AND HELPED ME ALOT. THEY WERE GREAT. THANKS!

Most repair shops quote one thing over the phone but, it turns out to be much higher once you bring your car in. Service Street was the exact opposite. My price turned out to be $55 less than what I was originally quoted due to me not needing something that I though I did. What kind of car servicing facility tells you you don't need something you're already prepared to spend money on? Service Street proved to be honest and reliable.

As always the service writer was pleasant and efficient. The mechanic on this particular day was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to me and everything was done in a timely manner. Another great experience.
