Chuck was very nice and listened to what we had to say. He worked hard to give us good service and put our needs first. When we explained that we were unable to get all work done at once but wanted to get vehicle back on the road, he did what was necessary and did not put making money before customer service. It feels good to have someone close to home that we can trust.

Tried their service for the first time. Staff at this location treated me same way as if I was paying regular price on oil change even though I used deeply discounted oil change service through Groupon. Their technician recommended some service, but they did not push me to pay for such service. Overall, their service is quick and courteous in every manner.

Service Street is #1 in my book. I'm extremely skeptical when it comes to mechanics after all the horror stories I've heard. I was the same way when I started taking my car to Service Street but, since then they've earned my trust. It's nice to know that Service Street is focused on taking care of the customer as opposed to just maximizing profits.
