My first time bringing in my car to Service Street. Needed an oil change and trans flush. I was very satisfied with their service, cleanliness of the place, and location. They were very good about follow up and had my car ready to go.

I was impressed by the cleanliness. The employees were very nice. I went to get my oil changed and they really put a hard upsale for a break change with a discount to do it same day. I felt pressured so I told them I would come back another day. I'm getting estimates before I go back. Overall good experience.

I always hesitate dealing with repair shops, because It always seems that the shops I've dealt with have total disregard for your time. I was very impressed and will definately return again. The customer service was outstanding and my car was ready within an hour as agreed..
