On my way home from work I called Service Street to make an appointment for an Oil Change. They kindly made my appointment for 5pm. That was great because it took me exactly 30 minutes to get from my job to their location. They were ready and waiting for me when I walked in the door and the Oil Change was a quick and painless service. Thanks Service Street for always being ready and waiting with a smile.

My first time at Service Street-Snellville was very pleasant.I was greeted right away, my car was serviced in a very reasonable time and they gave me a few suggestions of mechanical problems I may discuss with my mechanic.I found the place to have my oil change from now on.

I had a wonderful experience at Service Street! The store Manager was kind and helpful even provided me a discount out the blue! He calmed me as I had been running all day trying to find a place that could change my "special" filter and that was OPEN! I was leaving out of town 2am that next morning so getting my oil changed was critical! The Service Street team took great care of me and my car. I live in the Dunwoody area but will definately drive way accross town for my next visit!

My first visit at Service Street was great. I thought it was because it was empty when I was there but, I decided to go back a second time because of the service I received the first time. I went for an oil change and come to find there was a major michanical issue with my vehicle. Josh and Mike fully educated me on the severity of the issue and totally made my husband and I very confident in having the fixtures complete with a peace of mind. I took my wife car in for a serious problem with her engine. The guys took care of it and handled all issues with professionalism. They ran into a couple of problems but kept me well informed and in the loop. When I got the car back in ran as if we had just bought it. My wife was very pleased, so I was in good grace, because I chose to take it there instead of the dealer. Thanks Snellville Service Street. My new neighborhood Mechanic.

Have used Service Street twice, recommended them to a friend who used them once. Very thorough in explination on what needs to be done, the price is VERY fair and they are fast. SO glad I just happened to drive by and see the Emissions for $13 sign. They will definately be my place for car repairs / maintenance! Great job guys !
