Visited Service Street for the first time yesterday. Had an oil change and emission inspection. Was taken care of promptly and on our way in 30 minutes.

Went in on Saturday, Sept 1, 2012 for an emissions test. Great courtesy and nice greeting upon entering. Technician noticed certain tires were low on air, informed me, and took care of the deficiency. Technician also noticed that windshield wipers were wearing out and suggested replacements. I purchased one of the recommended pairs. Appreciate the notice by the technician on the wipers need but the wipers were sort of expensive. The upside to the wipers is that they have a 3 yr warranty for replacement so that is good. Recommend that you do all of your service needs at Service Street. BR

Took our Suburban to Service Street this past weekend & was so impressed with the service we received. They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. They explained the cost and even gave me options to save me money and yet still keep the car running safely. Rare to see a car shop that will go out of their way to save you money & still keep your car running safely.

You guys were did absolutely great.

I pulled in because the sign said $13 Emission and I needed one. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My car passed inspection and they showed me other things that needed attention (worn belts and power steering leak). This was above and beyond anything I'd received from other more expensive drive-thru-a-tent emission tests. Good job!

Was a vry good service

To my surprise, the reason my oil pressure dropped out was only a shortage of oil due to the length of time I had taken between oil changes. And since I had purchased a five pack previously, the oil change and lube was at no additional cost. To my pleasure, the work was done in a few hours and I had my truck back in no time.
