They found a problem with a water pump previously installed. I appreciate the thoroughness and integrity of standing by their work. However, would have preferred the work be done correctly the first time.

Oil change with wait took about 2 hours, they didnt call me when my truck was finished. Also, didn't check anything other than the oil like some of the other places do. Mentioned getting a tire rotation if they thought I needed it, but it was never mentioned after I dropped it off. Dissapointed that I bought 5 prepaid oil changes from them, because I am stuck with them for 3 more changes. Not worth it to go to a place where they don't take a better look at your vehicle.

Once again service delivered as promised. The online reservation and coupon is a great idea.

Excellent service. They were fast, courteous and friendly, very reasonably priced.

I needed to get my car's emissions checked for my tag renewal and saw the sign advertising it for $15. I had a busy Saturday ahead of me and Service Street was very convenient so I pulled in. Although they were busy they managed to get my emission testing done in about 20 minutes. The waiting area, while small, was very comfortable and gentleman who was running the office was polite and offered adivse without being too pushy. Overall a great experience. Last year I went to my dealership, also on a Saturday and waited over 2 hours, paid $25, and endured rude treatment. Service Street was definately the right choice and I'm glad I gave them a chance.
