I have been using Service Street in Snellville for the past 4 years. I have had as many as four vehicals in their business. I have always been treated very well. The managers are very thoughtful and the techs are always on point when it comes to fixing any problem that I may have had. The two managers now in David and also Bob and I will say I am glad these two are back are a true asset to Service Street. We need to keep these two here. Ed Parham

i HAD A FUSE BLOW IN MY VEHICLE ACROSS THE STREET. i KNEW IF i COULD JUST GET A REPLACEMENT FUSE i COULD GET THE CAR STARTED AND MAKE IT HOME (WE HAD SOME CUSTOM WIRING DONE FOR A SPECIAL TRAILER AND THIS PROBLEM HAD HAPPENED BEFORE). i WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE STORE MANAGER AND HE WAS SO WILLING TO HELP. HE NOT ONLY HELPED ME WITH A FUSE BUT HELPED ME FIND A TOWING SERVICE WHEN THAT DID NOT WORK. i WOULD HAVE HAD THEM FIX THE PROBLEM BUT i HAD TO TOW TO THE LOCATION THAT WOULD FIX IT UNDER WARRANTY. JUST THE GREAT ATTITUDE OF THE OFFICE MANAGER CONVINCED ME - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR GREAT SERVICE !

Extremely pleased with the service. I had a critical repair that had to be done in a short time frame. The managers found the part, double checked its delivery, installed the part and had me on my way earlier than their original estimate. These folks know the car repair business and are customer oriented. I highly recommend Service Street in Snellville, GA.

Stopped by without an appointment, no problem for these guys, had my truck serviced professionally and in less than 30 minutes I was on my way. Thanks Dave, Bob and your staff, great work as usual.

Manager Bob was very nice. Explained what I needed to do for my car and I felt the price was reasonable.

Wanted to thank Jack for working with me on the repairs I needed for my son's SUV. Service Street offered a few recommended services in addition to the repair I needed, but were very accomodating to my specific situation. They warranty their services, offer financing and will work with you to solve your issue timely and fairly.
