Guy was very friendly, he looked at my car and told me what I needed to fix, no charge.

I have frequented this shop several times in the past year ( more than I care to admit...I'm a sucky driver and really wreckless with my car maintenance habits. dont judge me) Bob, Roberto, Steve and the others who work here are always super kind and accommodating to me. I never feel like I have over paid and I have never had to return to fix the same problem twice. I love these guys and is I could I would take them with me to Wisconsin when I move in the summer!! Don't trust the bad reviews! Find out for yourselves! As a serial patron, I have one car and two babies that depend on me to get from here to there and I work an hour from home. I need my car more than a little bit. You could say I trust Service Street with my life and livelihood!

These people are HEROES! My normally reliable car decided not to start this morning, so I called service street and they sent someone out to help me right away. It turned out to be more than just a simple jump start, but they were fair and reasonable even though they could have price gouged us because we were stuck and needed help. It makes me feel like they are a company I can trust to take care of my car. I find a lot of service providers and restaurants based on online reviews, and the reviews on this company are mixed, so I might not have chosen them to come help me if they weren't the closest and it wasn't an emergency. But I am glad to be reminded that people like to come online and complain, but they forget to leave comments when they are pleased with the service. No business is perfect, but I bet for every negative comment on here, there must be 10+ satisfied customers who just didn't think to go online and leave a nice review.

Went in with coupon for oil and lube.. thought I had a problem with my brakes. They confirmed my subspes Freddie gave me good price and they completed job quickly.

On my way to take my son to an eye appointment my tire went flat. Luckily I had a portable air compressor with me, pulled over and was able to get the tire full enough to get me off the street. I pulled into Service Street because it was the first auto shop I passed. They were very busy, but they plugged my tire for me for no charge and sent me on my way. What they don't know is what a beautiful service they provided for me today. My husband died recently and a flat tire was the last thing I needed to deal with. Thank you so much Service Street.

I had an excellent experience with Service Street. I had a flat tire, they gave me rides to the shop and even the place I purchased my tire since it was still under warranty. Helped to install my tire. People are very nice and friendly. Great services!

Having had a favorable experience with Service Street on my personal car, when my son's engine light came on in his PT Cruiser I took the car to SS for attention. There were several problems involving brakes, motor mounts, ignition wires and spark plugs. SS addressed all the problems we identified and satisfactorily solved them all. The weather was bad, rainy and windy. Their technicians jumped right to it and had the car ready by early evening. They suggested some other concerns we may want to be watchful for since they have had several years experience with the PT. Thanks Service Street.

Service Street has fixed many repairs on my car...from a simple oil change...to brakes...radiator...alternator...I am always pleased. The staff is great and knowledgeable and get you in and out while giving excellent customer sevice and delivering quality work!
