This was my first experience with Service Street and I was pleasantly surprised with their commitment to customer satisfaction. My auto was not quiet ready on time due to a leaky hose found upon final inspection and they provided free transportation to and from my home. Very professional and knowledgeable.

These guys are awesome!!! I took my vehicle to them and they treated me like they have known me all my life. Very knowledgeable, honest, and great conversationalists which is a big plus when you're nervous about taking your car to a new place in a few words they rock!!!! Freddy and Steve are my favorite mechanic people from now on, will definitely be coming back!!!!

Had an Ac issue, they got me in very promptly and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the next day. Couldn't ask for much more then that. Price was within the comparable range and customer service was A+. I would bring my car to them again. Thanks.

The service was great. This team goes over and beyond to help you. I had a headlight out and another headlight that I could not find that does a special feature. The young man didn't quite understand what I was talking about but he never gave up and he was able to figure out exactly what special feature I was speaking of. Him and his team searched the car several times until they were able to find and figure out what was wrong. Although once replaced they still did not work the young man encouraged me to keep the new light in and give it sometime it might just start to work. He's dealt with these type of European cars before. He said they can be a little stubborn and before you know what the light just might turn on on its own. And that's exactly what happened the next day. I enjoyed my visit. Team was amazing keep it guys

My experience with them was good. They were honest with me about what all was wrong with my car. They even showed me exactly what was wrong. They were courteous and understanding. I did not have enough money to cover what was wrong with my car, so they set me up with a finance company to pay monthly installments. Being a woman, they did not try to take advantage of me. My car had to stay overnight they took me home and came back the next day and picked me up to get my car. They did an excellent job on my car. I recommend Service Street in Norcross, Ga. on Peachtree Industrial anyone who wants good service.

Had my oiled changed here yesterday. The manager was friendly and offered advise on ways to save money while keeping up with my car’s maintenance. No pressure for additional services, just helpful feedback on items to keep in mind which are coming up on the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. I’m new to the area but have been to a lot of auto repair shops over the years. My experience here was great, and I will be going back again.

A bargain -basement waiting area leaves something to be desired. No tables, counters or desks to work while you wait. There is TV, or bring a book. Regarding the actual repair work, it's too soon to judge that yet.
