Good and fast service. Somewhat disappointed over the oil up-sell when I used the oil coupon and guidance that the standard oil needs to be changed at 3,000 miles. Unless the oil I purchased does not meet standard SAE/API specifications then it should be changed at normal manufacturer intervals ie. 5,000 miles.

I had a 10:00 appointment with the Meineke down the street for an oil change. I showed up for my appointment only to be told that management was coming in that day and so they weren't servicing any vehicles. No call ahead of me coming in to notify me, no apology for the inconvenience. They recommended I go to Service Street, about 1/2 mile away, so I did. The guys at Service Street took care of my van immediately and called me in about 30 minutes with a very nice, thorough and professional phone call. So, they provided great customer service that day--in contrast to what I received at Meineke. Meineke has taken care of my vehicles to this point, but I'll consider going to Service Street the next time, at least.

Fair pricing, excellent service. Considerate, caring, knowledgeable staff.
