When you come into an automotive shop you should be treated like these folks treat you. Forgot the service managers name buthe does a hell of a job. You guys should teach a clinic on customer service.

Took my car here after I had wasted $500 else where. Got there 10 minuted before their closing time for an oil change and then my car would not start. They treated me like I got there . Took my car in, worked all night and all day the next day. Called a cab for me to get home. My mind is at peace. When they finished working, they had a cab bring my baby and I to come pick my car up. Never wasting my time else where. !!!!!

They do a great job with services. Prices are decent. ONLY WITH the coupons, regularly they are kind of pricey.. but they ALWAYS find something wrong so they can make an extra sale!! They need improvements at the front desk because the customer service is poor. I have encountered at least two to three different service persons and they were either having a bad day or are unhappy with their jobs.

I had some front end suspension work done on my f150 Jason was very upfront with me and the guys did a great job.The pricing was very reasonable and before anything was done they would call me and get my approval. I'm very satisfied and my truck rides like a brand new truck..... Thanks guys.....

I stopped in without an appointment on Saturday on my way to another scheduled appointment. My vehicle had been prompting for an oil change for more than a week but the service department house at the dealership are not for working people. I was able to leave the car and walk to my other appointment. The car was ready when i returned. The facility was clean; the front desk associate was courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service provider again.
