Nice front desk people. They explained the situation clearly and provided quick service with out trying to sell me anything.

They check out the reason the battery was not holding a charge. They found that my Alternater was not working working properly. They explained the problem in a way that l could understand.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and the service was completed in an hour. Front desk was clean and employee was professional, friendly and helpful. They called me regarding some regular maintenance that needs to be done, and I told him I was going to need to wait until next month. They accepted my answer without being pushy and they definitely weren't upselling at all. I felt comfortable and heard. Thank you I'll be recommending family and friends to you.

Service Street has a great team of friendly, knowledgeable & trustworthy people. They’re great with communication! They took the time to explain the repair process to me when I first didn’t understand what they were saying. Car talk is a foreign language and Jack was kind enough to stop what he was doing to better explain it to me in Layman’s terms. We will definitely be using this place in the future.

Made an appointment for 5:30, arrived about 15 minutes early and they began service right away! I received advice about the state of my rear brakes and was out in less than 30 minutes!! Fantastic service, and very friendly. I found my new auto service shop!!

I heard squeaking from the rear of my Kia, and was afraid that I needed brakes. The guys at Service Street were so good to me. I got pads all the way around the machine the rotors on the front even after another place that I needed new rotors. Service Street was honest with me and told me that I did not need new rotors. They gave me a great price. They said an appointment that was convenient for me at 12 noon on Saturday, May 6. I got there at about 1215 and I was out the door with new brakes all the way around by 2 o’clock Kevin, the manager is honest, knowledgeable, and kind. David who is worried there for a long time is efficient and has also help me in the past many times. And also there’s a new guy name Scott he was the one that looked at my brakes for the first time they gave me a better price than Mavis. This is a good group of guys they’re honest and just super nice.
