I was informed of a more serious brake problem than I expected and was taken underneath the car to have an explanation. They worked with our financial situation (right after Christmas) and kept me informed of progress. It took most of the day but overall I was satisfied with the experience and we'll be back again.

First time taking my vehicle to Service Street (Norcross), and found the employees to be very professional and knowledgeable. But most importantly, didn't get the impression that the mechanics were trying to upsale me on any additional services nor take advantage of us, like so many other body shops attempt to do. Will definitely be taking our vehicles back.
