Great customer service, vendor didn’t deliver the replacement part for my can, so they had to keep it overnight. They set up an Uber the next to have my wife picked up so she could get the car. Highly recommended!

I moved to Snellville a couple years ago and have been looking for MY shop. My Jeep Wrangler suffered as I looked. I normally don’t pay attention to mailers or junk mail as it’s called. I hung on to the one I received from Service Street. I called them up this morning and shop manager Jason said bring it on up. Long story short, my 2005 Jeep with 190,232 mile runs like the day I drove it off the lot. The shop AND the bathroom were incredibly clean. I have found MY local shop. Thank you Jason, the crew, and Service Street!

I messed up my 4Runner prettyyyy bad but Nick was nothing but helpful thru the entire process of getting it fixed! They got everything working better than it did before and Nick ALWAYS had a great attitude every time we spoke! I will forever bring my vehicles here, and I recommend Service Street highly to anyone and everyone!! I give it 10 stars ⭐️ . I had a really bad experience here. Had a bad axle replaced and it went out within 10 minutes after picking up the car. They replaced under warranty. It went out again a few months later, leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road. They would replace again, but I had lost faith in their service at this point. It took me over a week to get their regional manager to call me. They refused to refund my money, so I had to pay someone else to fix. They also refused to refund 4 prepaid oil changes that had not been used. I told them my only option left was small claims court. At that point they refused to talk to me anymore -- said I could call their attorney.

Everything was good. I like the shuttle service. They did not pressure me for all kinds of repairs and service items just gave me an FYI and I like that.
