Interacted with Kevin who is the General Manager. He understood the nature of my problem and my need for a reasonably priced fix. He did not try to "up-sell" me any not-needed services. The service was rapid; they did exactly what I wanted at a price that I considered more than fair. While waiting for my car to be evaluated several customers came into the waiting room including several young women. All were treated with courtesy, and professionalism. One who professed to not know anything about cars was given sound advice by the staff. That kind customer service is hard to find these days. I will be using this shop for future repairs and recommending others to try it as well. Note to Service Street: Hang on to Kevin-- He is is a Gem.

Came late in the evening to get a “A” Service for my Mercedes Benz S430. They did not take long, by the time I poured a cup of coffee they had pulled my car into the bay. Everything we needed was already there.

Service street has excellent customer service. They answer all questions with care and understanding. They give accurate time estimates for repairs, and explain things fully without pressuring the customer into unnecessary repairs.

I have been coming here for many years so i think that speaks to their service. Always find the manager and technicians polite and welcoming and educational regarding their observations.

I’m so excited to FINALLY have found a great auto service shop so close to home! I made an appointment for an oil change and to have the assembly unit replaced. VERY reasonably and competitively priced. My 212k mile SUV is running like a champ now! The waiting area is clean and they also offer a shuttle service if you do not want to wait for your vehicle there. As much as they could have written a laundry list of needed repairs with my high mileage vehicle, they did not. Kevin and Mark were super nice and professional. Definitely will be our “go to” place for auto maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!

Service Street took and fixed my car THE DAY I brought it in! I didn’t have an appointment and was worried I wouldn’t get it back for a couple days. They were kind, quick, and very thorough. Best of all, they had great customer service! Jeff was probably the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to at an auto repair shop.

This location is devoted to honest, friendly service. Good value as well. I always feel good trusting them for my auto service needs.
