Went for an oil change. Informed me it would be 30-45 min pulled my car around immediately,when I rtrnd abt an hr later car was complete and oil change button had been reset without me asking!

What an exceptional experience!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Kevin was my point of contact today and was an absolute joy to work with. He was so kind and thoughtful, put all of my anxieties and worries about my car at ease. I knew I would be in good hands. He got my car in without an appointment and had my car back to me by 5pm so I could make it to class. He ordered me a Lyft to get me back to work, and then back to Service Street when it was time to pick up. I am so, so pleased with the incredible customer service, quality care for my car, and affordable prices. If anything ever goes wrong with my car again I am certainly coming back to service Street. I cannot thank Kevin and the mechanics enough.
