Kevin is a professional and excellent communicator. Each time we have been in they evaluate, give us a price and a time frame for the repair and live up to both. Just listening to them with other customers, it is obvious that they are trying only to fix what is wrong and not just build up a large bill. The only concern is that with reviews like this they will get to big and not be able to service all of the customers.

Nick is great! The mechanics are also very nice. They have now helped me with two vehicles. I appreciate them taking time and helping me make good decisions. EX—told me to get tires at different place, where I could get a better deal.

I brought a vehicle to Service Street for a pre purchase inspection before buying the car. The second they lifted the car they were able to spot a number of issues with the vehicle. I was Dl absolutely saved from purchasing a vehicle that would have coat a fortune to repair over time. Considering how quick they spotted these issues they were so kind as to waive the 89.99 pre inspection cost!!! I was saved a Lot of money because of Service Street Auto Repair yesterday. Very professional and personable also.

So I do like Service street in Norcross, however they did a excellent job with the spark plugs for my car on a high note they did use spark plugs I only wanted on their if one broke and the set but one was put on so I was a little upset about that I will have to call them and discuss this. Regardless they do still get a recommendation from me.
