After driving down from Chicago, I was unable to keep car on long enough to pull out of parking spot. Quick internet search identified Service Street as closest, reputable mechanic shop. Having car towed over, Dave assured me a quick inspection, which happened the next day. I received a follow up call asking if additional services were approved to further id the issue, prior to completing. With additional service done, Dave called advising of catalytic converter issue. Knowing my situation, Dave was empathic in relaying the cost with labor. Both Dave and Kevin did all possible to make repair as economical, expedient and economical as possible. I am very happy with service received, manner in which I was dealt, and timely resolution of problem.

After driving my car from Chicago to Atlanta, towed it to Service Street to id fuel line issue. Dave and Kevin asked servicemen to address issue as soon as possible. Dave called seeking permission for needed additional service, prior to completing. After diagnosing problem, both Dave and Kevin were extremely empathetic to my plight and went above and beyond to repair car expediently and economically.
