they are proficient , communicate well, so far fixed my car at a decent price without any problems, they work with your warranty company on mechanical diffs that they cover, they shuttle you and your car if its not drivable coming in and shuttle it back to you when its fixed for free! that is calming when you break down on the way there or you break down and need it fixed right away while you wait if parts are available , plus its great to have mechanics that actually listen to what you need them to hear and willing to work with you! im thinking im gonna stick with them for awhile at least! Part 2 I wanted these guys to be my forever mechanics bc they are so trustworthy and always so good at fixing the problem,and at a decent amount of time,usually the same day! But I can't say they aren't like everyone else around the holidays, they just want to get the cars done that they have and get out of there for the holidays,not taking the care and time to figure out a problem ,esp if it's an older woman who keeps getting stranded places bc her car suddenly loses power and won't even click over after it was fine getting to the destination and it's not taking a charge or a jump, but they came out after ten mins stating there is nothing wrong with the car ,it's just fine and starts up Everytime they try it! Ok that's great but why is it doing that? It's real and I don't like being stranded esp at my job ,in a clients driveway, a long way from home! But they say you can't fix it if you can't find the problem? But that's why you get paid the big bucks, isn't it? Oh well, time to find another shop!
